Pro-Tips for Mini Sessions:
The "Ready" Rule:
5 minutes is enough for 2-3 great poses, but not enough for a costume change.
Each session is for one child ONLY.
If you have 2 children in the show book 2 slots next to each other and this will be enough time for solo photos of each child as well as sibling photos.

1. Booking & Payment
Full Payment: The session fee of £10 is required in full at the time of booking to secure your time slot.
Non-Refundable: Due to the limited nature of these sessions, payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may gift or sell your slot to another dancer, provided you notify Maple & Fleur in writing.
2. Punctuality & Timing
Arrival: Please arrive at the school lobby at least 5–10 minutes before your scheduled slot. Dancers should be "camera-ready" (costume on, hair and makeup done).
Late Arrivals: Each session is strictly 5 minutes. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened or forfeited without a refund to ensure the next dancer starts on time.
3. The Session & Image Delivery
Slots are only availible for dancers in the Sue Hill Dance Show 2026.
Included Image: Your booking includes one (1) high-resolution digital image, selected via an online gallery.
Additional Images: Images will be availible at £10 for each additional image from your online gallery.
Turnaround: Digital images will be delivered via a secure download link within 14 days of the event. Your gallery will be live for 7 days ONLY. This is plenty of time for you to choose your included image and purchase any additional images. After 7 days there will be a £10 charge to re-instate your gallery.
4. Copyright & Usage
Personal Use: Images are provided for personal use only (printing, social media sharing, etc.). Commercial resale or entering the images into competitions without permission is prohibited.
Social Media: We love it when you share! Please credit Maple & Fleur Dance when posting online.
Promotional Use: By booking, you agree that Maple & Fleur may use the images for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio) unless you explicitly opt-out in writing prior to the session.
5. Liability
Maple & Fleur is not responsible for any damage to costumes or injuries sustained during the session. Parent(s)/guardian(s) remain responsible for their children at all times in the lobby area.
